My loose rule this for this year’s photo review was to pick one favorite image from each shoot to post. Only I didn’t include every single shoot, and for a couple of shoots I had to pick more than just one. So I sort of followed my rule, and sort of didn’t. But I guess when you make your own rules they are easier to justify breaking.
2015 like any year had highs and lows. I think I searched a lot for a definable style and look to my images. Leaving this year I’m much closer to that goal than I was when I started. Looking back on a year of images can be bittersweet at times. There are people that I photographed that I may never speak to again. And there are faces I’ve met who may be friends in my life forever. Photography is a catalyst for a lot of great things, and it also can be a reminder of moments that didn’t turn out how you might have wished. These are my favorites from 2015.

Wow. Good stuff!
Beautiful images Josh! 2015 looks like a really fun packed busy year for you! 🙂
I love all these. You are so good with bold color. My favorite is the silhouette of the girl against the blue sky. Stunning!
