At some point, Little Italy in San Diego may have felt more Italian, but in all honesty, it’s mostly just a name anymore. Sure, there are a few Italian restaurants, but at least in my opinion it doesn’t feel like they are in greater abundance than in other parts of town. In theory, I think it would be fun to live in that neighborhood… if it wasn’t in the flight path of the airport or wasn’t the unofficial canine urinal of the world.
